UK Design Registration
Please complete the instruction sheet and send to Fixed Fee IP Limited with a cheque for £250 made payable to "FixedFee IP Limited".
When registration is obtained supply you with the original certificate of registration. We shall then remind you when the registration is due for renewal, every 5 years.
If objections to the application are raised, we shall invite your payment of a fixed fee for services for responding on your behalf. Upon receiving payment, we shall proceed with reasonable endeavours to overcome the objections.
Please note that under this offer we do not provide advice concerning the registrability of a design, its availability for use in the UK or the scope of the protection gained by registration. However, we may suggest alternative proposals for your consideration.
